About Rockville

Rockville sits at the edge/lower section of the Interstate 270 Technology Corridor. In partnership with many of these private companies, federal government institutions call Rockville home. Along this Corridor is the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, Social Services Administration, U.S. Public Health Services, and the National Cancer Institute, among others.

Serviced by Washington’s Metro Red Line, Rockville’s access to public transportation is a boon for the area. Office properties are clustered around the Rockville Town Square, and according to CoStar data, the office vacancy rate is the lowest its been in a decade. There’s still an affordability narrative here, though.
