Great opportunity in Augusta, GA for multifamily development in an OPPORTUNITY ZONE! The parcel adjacent to Vintage Creek is zoned R-3B. The minimum lot area per dwelling unit is 2,500 SF. The parcel off Bayvale is being offered in this deal as well so that there could be secondary access to the land and one that would allow a construction entrance off Bayvale. There is a small creek that runs along the western border of the Bayvale lot, but should not hinder development.
