2260-2270 Roswell Drive is a flex conversion project currently under redevelopment. The Landlord is demolishing portions of the former 107,000 SF warehouse facility to create two smaller flex buildings sized at 25,900 SF (Building 1) and 45,400 SF (Building 2).
