Property Overview
The property comprises a Grade II listed building of masonry construction, circa 1878, in a typical Hispano-Moorish style. The property was originally a clothing warehouse and was built for John Barran, a major figure in the industrial history of Leeds. The property, designed by Thomas Ambler, was restored in 1976. The building won a Civic Trust Award in 1979. Internally the property provides office accommodation over seven floors.
