Tract I—1.75 acres (207.93’ Ftg. on Exp 83 & 207.9 on North Ave) is improved with a two-story main building originally constructed as a 58 room hotel with pool & all amenities, porte cochere entrance, asphalt paving, open parking, concrete sidewalks, wrought iron & block wall fencing around pool area, two gazebo-like poolside structures with restrooms. Main building improvements reportedly constructed in 2001, and the annex added +/-2014, consisting of wood framing on a concrete slab on grade foundation, synthetic stucco exterior walls. Roof is gabled and consists of wood rafters and decking with clay tile roof except for the rear stairs & laundry room which have a composition shingle roof. The hotel was later being converted into an assisted living facility and was never completed. Some rooms were combined to make larger living areas, but remodel was never completed. Since site was abandoned, the site has been vandalized and boarded up for security. Tract II—1.482 acres (175.4’ Ftg. on Exp 83 & 175.4’ on North Ave.) is not improved.
