About the Property
This location was originally built as a hotel in the late 1940s. After sitting empty for a few years it was purchased in the 1980s and converted to office/retail units and became the Fontenelle Plaza. StoragePUP purchased the building in September of 2021 and began a lengthy renovation including new paint, new tenant sign, resurfaced parking lot and sidewalks, new AC units and refreshed roofing tiles. It was then renamed the CoolPUP Plaza after StoragePUP's innovative new air conditioned mobile storage units. These spaces make a great office or small retail location. This building and its tenant sign are clearly visible from highway US-1 that receives a sizable amount of traffic each day. StoragePUP is a great landlord allowing retail tenants to rent month to month or sign a 1 or 2 year lease. Utilities such as water/sewer, garbage, and electricity are all set up and ready and added as a line item to the rent, making it extremely easy for tenants to move in or out.
