About 2320 Louis Alleman Pkwy , Sulphur, LA 70663

Beaumont is a city in and the county seat of Jefferson County, Texas, within the Beaumont-Port Arthur Metropolitan Statistical Area. Located in Southeast Texas on the Neches River about 90 miles east of Houston, Beaumont had a population of 118,296 at the time of the 2010 census, making it the 24th most populous city in the state of Texas. Beaumont is located approximately two hours south of the Haynesville-Bossier Shale Basin. Energy-sector activities play a significant part in the metro’s economy. Companies represented in the area include Gulf Oil, Humble Oil, Magnolia Petroleum Co. and Exxon Mobil. The area is home to a large portion of the nation’s refining capacity.   Sulphur is a city in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. The city lies on Interstate 10, approximately 20 miles east of the Texas border. The city of Lake Charles is nine miles to the east. Sulphur is part of the Lake Charles Metropolitan Statistical Area. Southwest Louisiana’s close proximity to Houston and Baton Rouge and access to the transcontinental Interstate 10 and the Gulf of Mexico make it easy for firms to ship products nationwide and overseas. Its location also makes it a natural center for energy companies as well as aviation, advanced manufacturing and agribusiness firms.   The markets are approximately one hour away from each other along the Interstate 10 corridor. The major thoroughfare allows each tenant to serve a larger market area efficiently. Several Fortune 500 industrial facilities are located within each jurisdictions’ boundaries including the ExxonMobil refinery, Westlake Chemical, sea ports, Goodyear Beaumont chemical plant, DuPont chemical plant, and Haynesville Shale Basin.
