Property Overview

The 31-story, Class-A Lexington Financial Center is in the heart of downtown Lexington and is the tallest building in the eastern half of Kentucky. It is in close proximity to most major hotels and office buildings as well as Central Bank Center/Rupp Arena at Central Bank Center. It is a very short walk to the new City Center mixed-use complex where the Marriott, Residence Inn and the Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse are located. As well, a variety of other restaurants, entertainment venues and residential condos are close by.
