Park Overview
Power infrastructure at the Decatur Commerce Park: Ameren Illinois has a Bulk Substation located southeast of Commerce Park. Various 34.5 kV lines are adjacent and on site, and several 138 kV transmission feeds are in the area. The customer-owned substation on the northern end of the building is de-energized. The Ameren Illinois distribution substation on the south side of the building is a platform-mounted 750KVA 3-phase transformer bank (consisting of three 250KVA platform-mounted transformers) 34-4kV setup. Additional Capacity Options: Up to 15 MW could be provided from a radial 34.5 kV primary metered service. A new load of up to 50 MW could be provided at the transmission level. There is approx. 200 kW of available capacity at the substation with the existing transformers. Property Features: 175-car paved and landscaped parking lot.
