Park Overview
Jupiter Cold is a two-building cold storage development by Karis Cold. Site work began in August 2023 and delivery of both facilities is planned for Q4 2024. The development includes a 205,888 SF convertible freezer/cooler facility (Building A) and a 148,163 SF cooler facility (Building B) with built-in flexibility to convert to frozen if desired. Building A will utilize a packaged low charge ammonia system with pallet capability of +/-23,344 at 5 high, and Building B will utilize ALTA Expert units and has capability of 17,568 pallets at 5 high. The two buildings offer optionality for various size and use requirements across the food industry. The site is strategically located with proximity to South and Central Florida's major population hubs. Direct access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike provide ability to reach Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach all in less than 3 hours drive time.
