For Years the Rimrock Lodge was the premier hotel & bar/lounge in Farmington, NM. After 10 years of neglect the hotel has been struggling to attract clientele. It was purchased by the last owner for just over $3.2 Million. The hotel was recently purchased in December 2019, 90% of the staff was fired, and remodeling began. Huge revenue potential with 96 rooms, a restaurant space & kitchen, a separate dance hall/bar/event space, another smaller bar, pool, and plenty of parking.
