Base amount per sq/foot is $15.00 Additional rent per sq/foot is $262 Tenant pays it's portion of the real estate taxes, insurance premiums, and sewer charges in the form of additional rent. Tenant is responsible for snow removal, $70 for snow removal by land lord per removal occurrence. Tenant is invoiced for the services.
