Property Overview

This building is the original residence and office of the Shipyard owner over 75 years ago. Today, the bottom floor is an office and showroom of a yacht broker. In the past year, management has replaced the roof, added all new windows, refurbished the hardwood floors and painted the interior and exterior. There are original hardwood floors in all four rooms. Two are in excellent condition after their refurbishing, and the other two need some TLC.
