The location also features national fast food restaurant with Chick-Fil-A, Panda Express, Raising Cane’s, What-A-Burger, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s Arby’s, KFC, Applebee’s and Popeyes are within blocks of the Wendy’s site. The large 3,000+ square foot restaurant building was remodeled to Wendy’s new image standards in April of 2018 so it now features a state of the art dining room as well as a modern building exterior. Since the remodeling has been completed the sales have increased approximately +15% with annual sales currently running at approximately $1,400,000. The large 37,328 square foot land parcel has direct access to Highway 190 from Liberty Bell Lane which is the main entrance to the Super Walmart Center as well as reciprocal access with the Raising Canes restaurant next door. All of Copperas Cove’s residents must pass by the Wendy’s restaurant when using Highway 190 for the 10 minute commute to Killeen or Ft. Hood in the AM and return by the Wendy’s in the evening which are ideal traffic patterns for fast food restaurants with traffic counts in excess of 35,000+ cars per day.
