Philadelphia native Nadia Bilynsky is a principal at MPN Realty and is Managing Director for the leasing team. Her expertise doesn’t stop with leasing, though. She specializes in investment and development sales, in addition to retail, restaurant, and non-traditional office leasing, mainly in Center City and Center City’s outer neighborhoods.

She began her real estate career as an Executive Assistant at a commercial real estate firm and spent time as a property manager before beginning her sales career at MPN in 2011. Nadia loves working with developers, assisting them with all aspects of the sales process from start to finish, including acquiring a site, working on the commercial leasing, and eventually selling the asset. She also has a fondness for helping small and local business owners find storefront locations for both initial opening as well as expansion.

In her more than 10 years at MPN, Nadia has proven herself to be a powerhouse in the company as well as within the commercial real estate community. Her skills and vision have earned her not only a place on the 2021 40 Under 40 roster by the Philadelphia Business Journal, but also propelled her to a  leadership role at MPN.

Nadia resides in Huntingdon Valley with her husband and two English bulldogs, Roscoe and Belle. She enjoys fitness and is an avid traveler, taking as many trips as her busy schedule will allow.
