All of the ski rental equipment was purchased new in November, 2107, as well as the ski waxing and tuning equipment, Reichmann ski storage and point of sale checkout system and kiosk. Upper level, 3,419 sq.ft. has two identical condos, Units and A and C, both with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, gas log fireplace, full kitchen and dining area, 2 queen size sofa sleepers, two flat screen TV's, with a stack-able washer/dryer and a redwood reading deck. Unit B in the middle, is a one bedroom, master suite in the loft, with 2 baths , 3 sofa sleepers same amenities as the other two except with a 250 sq.ft. redwood covered deck. The entire building is wired with WI-FI access for businesses and guests as well as satellite TV.
