The subject site is located within the boundaries of the Los Altos School District and the Mountain View Los Altos Union High School District. Schools in these areas are highly rated and are among some of the top schools in the state. Currently, the assigned schools for the property are Santa Rita Elementary, Egan Junior High School, and Los Altos High School. The Los Altos School District purchased a site across from the subject property for development of a new school, which is anticipated to open for the 2025-2026 school year.
