Originally a coca cola distribution plant, this USPS distribution center was gutted, re insulated and built out to USPS specifications in 2000. There's concrete block walls that go up 3-4 feet on the inside and then metal thereafter. Concrete stairs, parking lot is all concrete and there is a concrete loading area that has a lift for loading/unloading (which was furnished by the USPS). USPS put the HVAC systems in themselves and therefore they have all maintenance and annual servicing. There are also 4-5 offices within the property where the USPS has annual training meetings for SW Georgia.
