Sale Advisors
Paul Blum, Sales Grinder
Recently, he has focused on land, and includes among his clients, the City of Phoenix whom he helps sell excess land, and helps vendors of TSMC buy land to help service what will be the world’s largest semi-conductor plant.
During the real estate boom of the early 2000’s, he carved a niche for himself selling and leasing office condos, and medical and dental properties. He was proud to have represented Suncor, who was at the time the largest publicly held developer in Arizona. In the course of representing Suncor, he marketed Palm Valley Professional Plaza which was awarded NAIOP’s Small Office Project of the Year.
In 2012 he brokered the largest office lease in Metropolitan Phoenix, in which he represented District Medical Group in connection with its facility for Children’s Rehabilitative Services. The transaction comprised 56,000 square feet, for a term of 11 years with a value of approximately $13.5 Million. This transaction also won the RED award for being the best adaptive re-use of space.
He is the author of several articles including “Yes Virginia, Office Condos Still Make Sense which appeared in the Spring 2009 State Bar of Arizona Real Estate Journal. He achieved the prestigious CCIM designation in 2002 (a designation which is held by only 6% of the commercial real estate brokers in the United States) and served on the Board of the CCIM Arizona Chapter. He is a protégé of Roger Fisher, author of “Getting to Yes”, who made the phrase “win-win negotiations” famous.
Rebecca Roberts, Commercial Sales and Leasing
Since 2012 her focus turned to being a commercial real estate broker. To serve her clients, Rebecca combines her strong roots in the West Valley with an indefatigable drive to cold call prospects. As a result of her background, she frequently works with landowners and business owners.
Rebecca is proud that she has been chosen as the exclusive Buyer’s representative for an RNR Tires franchisee in their expansion into Arizona. In the course of this representation she has helped them lease facilities, buy shopping centers and explored ground-up buildings.
