The Harvest Moon B&B has outperformed as a four room B&B with just north of a 53% occupancy rate, (industry average is just at 40%) The Harvest Moon in the town of New Holland has four guests rooms, all with private baths,(one across the hall). One room is on the first level of the house with a private entrance. Two of the rooms are split level suites. All rooms are tastefully decorated with either queen or king size beds. The Harvest Moon has it's occupancy permits... fire alarms are hard wired with pull stations on each level, including smoke detectors and heat sensors. The fire alarm rings at 70 decibels and emits a strobe. Our boiler is inspected every two years with a passing grade. We have our tax id number and we are insured commercially. In other words, we are turn key for the operation of a true commercial property... not an Airbnb.
