This is one of the last large-tract development sites within the Radisson Community (www.radissoncommunity.org) This 22.1-acre site is located in the Town of Lysander at the corner of Drake's Landing and NYS Route 31 -- the main entrance to the Radisson Community. The site can accommodate up to 132-units in fourteen 2-3 story stand-alone buildings as depicted in the attached conceptual site plan. The site plan takes into consideration topography, federal wetlands, required setbacks, site coverage allowances, parking requirements and other Town of Lysander zoning regulations. This is a conceptual plan completed by Plumley Engineering at the request of the property owner to show a maximum density for the site in terms of the number of residential units. Other development scenarios are allowed and all development plans are subject to the Town of Lysander site plan approval process and Radisson Architectural Guidelines. Radisson is a planned community started over 40 years ago. It is surrounded by natural beauty and offers a variety of housing options in a park like setting, while located nearby to all modern facilities and services. The community offers miles of pathways throughout the wooded setting and offers a community pool, tennis courts, and recreational events. Radisson is also home to Radisson Greens Golf Course--a Robert Trent Jones designed course.
