About the Property
Plymouth is the largest City in the South West of England beyond Bristol with a resident population in excess of 250,000 inhabitants. It has a part pedestrianised retail core incorporating the Drake Circus shopping mall (opened October 2006) and two Universities, the larger being located within the City Centre, the smaller University of St Mark & St John being located at Derriford 4 approximately miles to the north of the City Centre. The City is located on the main London Paddington to Penzance rail network, although its small regional airport closed 5 years ago.
