The site occupies a prominent corner at the junction of Rainham Road South, Oxlow Lane and Dagenham Road, the site is on the north-western edge of the Sterling and Wantz Industrial Estate within the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Oxlow Lane and Dagenham Road form an east-west route connecting Beacontree and Romford. Rainham Road North and Rainham Road South are busier distributor roads connecting Goodmayes and Chadwell Heath to the north and South Hornchurch and Rainham to the south.
