About Coconut Grove
Coconut Grove is on the coast, south of Miami’s Central Business District and borders Coral Way to the north and Coral Gables to the west. The main office area is by the western end of South Bayshore Drive, near the Mayfair Shops and Cocowalk. Coconut Grove also includes a smaller office node along Crandon Boulevard on Key Biscayne. Interstate 95, the longest U.S. east coast highway artery starts at the northwestern corner of this office locale. The University of Miami, Florida International University, Barry University and Miami-Dade College that have a combined 80,000 students are located within a half an hour drive of this area.
