Matthew and his team emphasize speed to market and an onboarding process designed to leverage a consistent approach to provide maximum marketing exposure. The team provides a compressed deal timeline to reduce client costs and outperform leasing budget expectations. Partnering with Colliers’ in-house advertising agency, they craft strategic marketing campaigns that are uniquely targeted, utilizing tracking via social and digital media to inform and excite key decision makers. They also partner with Colliers’ Labor Analytics experts to understand the labor supply surrounding a property and target a specific list of tenants. Matthew’s track record of significant lease transactions over the past 20+ years is impressive, having represented some of the industry’s top institutional landlords across Southern California, including Brookfield, EQ Office, Kennedy Wilson, Nuveen, and the Irvine Company.
Matthew has built a robust occupier and global account business, working with a range of occupiers and private equity-backed portfolio companies. He and his team deliver portfolio-wide transaction services that maximize enterprise value across real estate portfolios. They specialize in mergers and acquisitions, seeking to provide accurate, reliable information that clients can depend on when making major financial decisions. They act as an in-house real estate department, bridging the gap between pre-acquisition advisory and post-close execution.
Anneke Greco, Executive Vice President
Prior to joining Colliers, Anneke was an Executive Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she represented notable owners and tenants, including Granite Properties, Cruzan, UBS, Beacon Capital Partners, Coretrust Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley, Atlas Capital Partners, Rockpoint, Irvine Company, Prudential, Clarion Partners, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Piedmont, Equity Office Properties, La Salle Investment Management, and Brookfield. At JLL, Anneke completed $1.3 billion in volume, encompassing 5.7 million square feet over her 10-year career. She was recognized as a “Top Achiever” in both 2015 and 2016 and “Gold Achiever” from 2017 to 2022. Prior to her time at JLL, Anneke was a Vice President at CBRE for ten years.
Anneke attended the University of Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She is actively involved in National Charity League and serves on the Board of Trustees at Mayfield Senior School in Pasadena.
Caitlin Hoffman, First Vice President
Primarily responsible for her team’s efforts on the agency leasing side, Caitlin is laser-focused on formulating and executing client business strategies with a heavy concentration on local occupier transactions and client management. Placing great emphasis on a personal and individualized client services approach, Caitlin harnesses her educational background in finance to tailor market deliverables to the specific needs of her clients.
Caitlin attended Ohio State University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (B.B.A.) specializing in Real Estate and Finance.
Gil Canton, First Vice President
Before joining Colliers in June of 2023, Gil was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), focused on representing tenants in renewing their leases or relocating into leased or owned properties. His business plan also included listing selected Class “A” office buildings to lease and/or sell for institutional owners.
Gil holds a degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a member of the Loyola High School Alumni Association.
