Furthermore, its location gives tenants access to the highly educated labor force in northern Atlanta that can commute to Buckhead relatively easily via highway or MARTA rail.
Buckhead has long served as the premier financial center in Atlanta, with firms such as Truist Bank, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan Chase maintaining significant footprints in the area. Buckhead has seen an influx of technology-focused firms over the past few years. Technology companies such as Salesforce, Global Payments, and FleetCor recently expanded in Buckhead in order to tap into the area’s highly educated workforce.
Despite Buckhead’s prime location and high-quality inventory, properties often rent for slightly less than comparable office buildings in the nearby Midtown district.
