This excellent, well-maintained food grade distribution warehouse is comprised of 349,650 square feet featuring 8" concrete floors, structurally sound roof, 26' - 36' clear ceiling heights, H beam steel columns, 50' x 50' column spacing, and T-5 motion sensor lighting. The office area is 2,800 square feet of standard grade level space. The truck loading is provided by thirty-six (36) 9' x 10' dock doors with lights, levelers, locks and weather seals, and one (1) 16'x 15 overhead door. The electric utilities are provided by REMC with 3000 amps, 480 volts 3 phase. There are three (3) Big Ass Fans that supply air flow throughout the warehouse. The water and sewer is supplied by the City of Remington while the gas is provided by Nipsco featuring five (5) Cambridge BTU units/Radiant tube on the south end of the building. There is an ESFR sprinkler system that provides fire protection to the plant. There are four (4) 10' x 10' rail doors that provide easy access of product delivery and shipment. Excellent access to I-65; half way between Chicago and Indianapolis.
