On the first floor, find a fitness center with locker room showers and lockers for rent, a Luxer Package system in the mail room to keep packages secure, and a Logan House Coffee shop in the lobby. The Local Drive golf simulator and bar are on the first-floor retail with membership options for tenants and members of Catalyst. Gather in a conferencing room or entertain in the event space. About Platte River
