The Raven can be dichotomized by four major areas: The Restaurant: Headed by Executive Chef Larry Brown, who is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, The Raven Restaurant offers a seasonally-inspired, classic brasserie menu sourced from local farms with a touch of Continental indulgence. From fresh cured meats and cheeses, to locally-foraged mushrooms and farm-raised beef, the “Restaurant's Specials” are Chef Brown’s creations. The outdoor garden allows for al fresco dining and extends the reach of the restaurant. Whether for an intimate meal or a large celebration, the restaurant can accommodate and is able to deliver. The Bars: The “Front Bar” is beautifully crafted with oak-paneled walls, supplied with friendly bartenders, wired with magnificent music and is stocked with the best libations in town. The bar at The Raven has a long, and very well-deserved, reputation as being consistently dependable. Red- tufted booths, pool table, and a raven in flight depicted in stain-glass over the fireplace welcomes intrigue, activity and conversation. In addition, this bar is directly connect to The Raven’s dance floor, which is able to host DJs, shows, fundraisers, bar-activities, etc. The “Piano Bar” or the Oak Room, so named for the antique oak-paneled walls from England and pressed-tin ceiling officers a sophisticated and intimate setting. It is able to host cabaret acts or a simple piano for sing-a-longs and is wired with a Funktion One Sound System. The Oak Room is perfectly punctuated with a classic antique oil painting of Queen Victoria over the mantled fireplace, to watch over all the weekly merrymaking. The Poolside Club: The Raven poolside area is deliberately designed with terrace-type landscaping, to consciously expand the visibility and enhances the utility of this area, while maximizing the aesthetics of this summer-loved spot. It hosts 150 chaise lounge chairs and has a separate poolside “Cabana Bar & Grill,” which offers frozen drinks and easy-eats like burgers, hot dogs, fries, onion rings, wraps and salads.
