So much space for almost any application! Former boat manufacturing facility with tons of space and acreage for further growth. The original building is approx. 24,000 sq. ft. with 12 foot high ceilings fully sprinkled and 30 foot column spacing. Additional building is an engineered steel structure 90 X 180 with 12 foot ceilings and 30 foot bays.
