So much space for almost any application! Former boat manufacturing facility with tons of space and acreage for further growth. The original building is approx. 24,000 sq. ft. with 12 foot high ceilings fully sprinkled and 30 foot column spacing. Additional building is an engineered steel structure 90 X 180 with 12 foot ceilings and 30 foot bays. Third structure is an engineered steel building measuring 70 X 250 with 18 foot high ceilings and clear span. Numerous overhead 2-ton trolleys. All buildings are fully sprinkled. The building currently has public water and sewer and 3-phase power to the transformer but major electric runs were removed so you can build to suit. Offices are about 5000 sq ft and are stripped and site prepared for construction. A 5000 sq ft, 6000 psi concrete pad exists where there was a former structure. Over 12 acres with a 3 acre parking pad and outside auxiliary 20 foot tall overhead crane shed. This was used for loading boats onto tractor trailers and can be used for many loading applications. There is an additional 30 X 40 machine shed that is a block structure with concrete floor.
