Phil Share, Associate
In 2016, Phil got his start with CBRE as an intern at the firm’s global headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Two years later, Phil transferred to Philadelphia where he joined the local research team as a Field Research Analyst. In this role, Phil’s daily responsibilities included supporting the downtown office leasing professionals with client care and business development, as well as collecting and managing data for CBRE’s proprietary research platform.
Phil is a graduate of UCLA, where he majored in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. Having grown up in Abington, Pennsylvania, Phil is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who also enjoys hiking, comedy and playing music.
Anthony Pell, Senior Associate
Anthony joined CBRE as a Portfolio Coordinator on the Comcast Xfinity Account in January 2016 before being promoted to Transaction Manager in January 2017. He assisted in the completion of over 150 Xfinity transactions in cities around the United States and helped to manage a portfolio of over 500 properties. Anthony joined the Zwengler/Zirk/Knowles Advisory & Transaction team as an Associate in January 2018.
Prior to joining CBRE, Anthony was employed by Valbridge Property Advisors, a commercial appraisal firm, where he specialized in valuations within Center City Philadelphia and the surrounding region. Major assignments included corporate headquarters, trophy-class office buildings, leading universities, and multi-property portfolios.
