The Western themed property is tucked away in a quiet wooded area with tall pine trees all around, yet it is so conveniently located right on the way from Big Bear Blvd to Bear Mountains Ski Resort and the Zoo with a Moonridge Rd address. The property has plenty of open grassy space for corporate events, weddings and outdoor activities. Some of the open space may be used for further expansion. It is a short walking distance to many fine dining restaurants, a short drive to grocery stores, hospitals, Starbucks, fast food outlets, ski slopes and everything that tourists may ever need during a stay with wonderful memories in Big Bear Lake. There are 12 keys when the manager's house is included. Some part of the motel are rooms with a king-size bed or queen-size double beds, many others are family-sized suites with one-bed and two-bed rooms for tourists to select from. The total number of beds can sleep between 20 to 30 persons. Many are equipped with microwave ovens, fridges, ranges and ovens for family cooking and entertaining. In addition, connected to the reception desk office there is a large 2-bedroom manager's stand-alone house that sleep another 5 persons and can be rented out at the new owner's discretion. There is also plenty of parking space on almost an acre of land. The owner has put in a significant amount of blood, sweat and tears for renovation of the property from a previously dilapidated state since the acquisition.
