Selling my 26 unit motel on the outskirts of Neodesha right outside the city limits in the county. It was running previously a year ago till a small utility room caught fire and was shut down for repairs. Only that one room was damaged from the fire as it was put of pretty quick. We have had contractors bid out the job and it came in around $25,000-30,000 to hook up new electrical box 2 water heaters, and clean up the isolated area of the fire and replace everything. I am unfortunately too busy for the Motel so i'm putting it up for sale otherwise i'd fix it and have management run it for me. All the rooms are very clean and come equipped with everything. Many of them have been updated a little. Has all the tv equipment as well, METAL ROOF! At this price it is a steal! 2.3 acres it sits on right in front of the Neodesha Airport and on the busy 75 where the 100 mile garage sale is hosted.
