In October 2009, Mr. Coburn joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President and Principal and played a pivotal role in opening the firm’s Long Beach office. His previous 7 years were spent at the Charles Dunn Company, where he was continually recognized as one of the company’s top brokers. Mr. McCullough co-founded the Lee & Associates Long Beach office in October 2009. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at the Charles Dunn Company where he led a four-person team focused on tenant representation and agency assignments.
