Property Overview
Step into a historic setting at the Clockwork Building, designed by renowned architect Richard Seifert. The Clockwork Building offers an unmissable opportunity to occupy a newly refurbished office accommodation in London. The Clockwise Building sits on a prominent site that was once the home of the world-famous International Time Recording Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of time recorders. The building has since been stripped back to expose the original vaulted concrete ceilings to deliver award-winning office space. Having won the Best Refurbishment Outside Central London Award at the OAS Development Awards, this highly recommended space is primed for businesses seeking premium offices at an iconic London address. The upgrade has incorporated high-standard services, including contemporary lighting solutions, high-quality timber flooring, large dual-aspect windows, and generous floor-to-ceiling heights, offering abundant natural light. Energy-conscious modes of transport are accommodated with electric car charging points in the secure car parking area and ample cycle storage with showering facilities available on every floor. There is also 24-hour building management, coupled with an access control system for total security, providing tenants the flexibility to work around the clock. Bring the outside in with landscaped communal gardens and break-out areas along a large communal roof terrace, offering panoramic views of the River Thames and London’s skyline. Situated just a few minutes from Ravenscourt Park Underground Station, travel into Central London is a breeze. Enjoy easy access to the Piccadilly, Circle, and Hammersmith & City lines from Hammersmith Broadway, just a two-minute journey from Ravenscourt Park on the District Line (Zone 2). The site is also served by local bus routes, with Hammersmith Bus Station nearby. There are numerous pubs and restaurants nearby, including several award-winning and Michelin-starred establishments. A local post office, an artisan coffee shop, an Italian sandwich bar, Tesco Metro, and Sainsbury’s Local are all within walking distance.

About Hammersmith
Hammersmith is a popular and established office destination in west London. It rose to prominence during the 1990s, as developers sought to provide modern headquarters buildings at far cheaper rents than in more central areas. A wealth of retail and leisure amenities and the close proximity to the River Thames have added to its appeal. Major events venues like Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith Apollo are close by, while the transformation of the Kings Mall Shopping Centre is improving the local retail scene and access to Hammersmith Station.
The area is well connected by tube and rail, and the A4 provides fast links to both central London and the M25 motorway. Heathrow Airport can easily be accessed both by road and via the Piccadilly Line.
A host of major international companies have chosen to base their London headquarters here. Hammersmith is particularly popular with media firms, with the likes of Disney, Virgin Media and Endemol Shine occupying large buildings. The area is also becoming a hub for the burgeoning life sciences sector, with Brookfield ARC recently opening a Motherlabs science and innovation incubator here. Even with the area’s ascendance over the past two decades, tenants can still get a decent discount relative to rents in more central locations to the east.
