This includes the worship hall and education buildings and a modular pre-school building. The worship hall features a 45,000 sqft Auditorium with a seating capacity of 3,200 and a curtain system that can block over 800 seats if needed. 5 office wings are located off the worship hall totaling 41 potential office spaces. The first floor has a Hospitality room with a kitchen and a fellowship room with a kitchen that includes a commercial ice maker, commercial refrigerator, and freezer. The Fellowship Hall has a removable divider wall and has the capacity to seat 250-300+ at tables. The second floor has a green room with kitchenette, 3 large room meeting spaces, 11 spacious nursery rooms, 17 classrooms, and 3 large lobby entrances, one of which is set up as a café. The technology in the worship hall includes 4 side screens and projectors and 1 Jumbo center screen with projector, 5 Broadcast cameras and stands with one 30ft long camera jib and Full Broadcast switching room with isolated room for broadcast audio mixing. There is a 96 Channel Capacity Digi Design Audio Console with 28- 16 channel Aviom individual monitoring units, SLS Full Array Speakers and Subs. The lighting system includes a Compulite Vector Digital Lighting Console, and 50 Intelligent LED Lighting units. The ceiling catwalk system spans the width of the auditorium for production work. Backstage has a 2 garage entrance for concert and event loading. A 20ft x 50ft Potential Recording Studio has isolated flooring, sound absorption walls, pre-ran conduit, mixing and recording room already separated and a window installed. The 20,000 sqft pre-school has 12 classrooms, a library, 4 offices, a teachers lounge and kitchen as well as a large indoor playroom. The educational facility is 52,000 sqft and includes 23 classrooms, a full-size gymnasium with concession and retail sales outposts, private locker rooms, a cafeteria with full kitchen, library, private administration offices, a teacher's lounge and multiple restrooms on each level.
