About Cypress Creek
Cypress Creek is one of Broward County’s largest office hubs, with over 8 million square feet of office space. The primary office nodes in this area benefit from its proximity to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, as well as Nova Southeastern University and Keiser University , both of which are nearby, and have a combined 25,000 student count.
Industries such as healthcare, business and financial services, and retail trade are well represented in this area.
