Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. The rent type will vary depending upon the services provided. ABOUT THE PROPERTY
One of the largest skyscraper developments in the Far West originally built as the worldwide headquarters of The Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO) and as the West Coast headquarters of Bank of America, City National Plaza (“CNP”) is strategically located in the center of the Downtown Los Angeles financial and business community on an approximate 4-acre site, with immediate access to the freeway system. The buildings have a structural frame of steel covered with highly polished panels of Forest Green granite and panes of solar bronze glass, set in a disciplined pattern of extreme simplicity. The design of the project is sophisticated and powerful, establishing a proper environment for this financial center defined by the color accentuated landscaping and highlighted by its centrally located Plaza fountain and Herbert Bayer sculpture. CNP’s Design Architect was Albert C. Martin & Associates, and its General Contractor was Turner Construction. CNP sits at the center of the DTLA renaissance and vibrancy with its location serving as the bridge between the growing business, retail and residential districts of Bunker Hill / Civic Center and the South Park areas to reinforce downtown Los Angeles' stature as one of the world's most dynamic cities.
