About the Property
The property comprises 570,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space, with 1,300 new car parking spaces on a 10 acre site. Preparation works commences onsite in November 2013 with final site enabling works completed in December in preparation for major construction works in January 2014. The new centre is expected to open its doors in Q4 2015. The development will be bound by Lower Kirkgate, Leeds Road and Well Street, close to the Kirgate Centre and Forster Square Railway Station.
