Ryan Hutkowski, Director of Leasing & Brokerage
In his current role, Ryan works daily with a broad network of brokers, landlords, tenants and investors throughout Tampa Bay and Central Florida. In the past three years, he has worked on more than $50M in commercial transactions, from small office leases to large acquisitions and dispositions.
Ryan graduated from the University of Maryland in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and previously worked for CoStar as a Research Analyst in Washington DC. Prior to joining Kennedy Investments, Ryan served as the Southeast Regional Manager for the investment firm American Housing REIT. Ryan is an active member of the Tampa Bay professional real estate community and enjoys spending time outside with his wife Amy and their two children, Aria and Archer.
