Rusty McCabe joined Avison Young as a result of the November 2013 acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc. Mr. McCabe earned a Top 20 Power Broker Award from CoStar Group, Inc. and has been recognized by the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors numerous times with the Million Dollar Leasing Award. Prior to working with McShea & Company, Inc., Mr. McCabe spent two years with Donohoe Commercial Real Estate and eight years with Morgan Home Funding’s mortgage division.
