The multisite project aims to develop over 4 million square feet of life sciences facilities, focusing on cGMP manufacturing with the addition of lab/R&D space, in the middle of one of the most desirable commercial locations in North Texas in Plano’s Legacy neighborhood. Advanced Manufacturing - Phase 1 Designed specifically for multi-modal cGMP Manufacturing space. Situated on 11 acres spanning 400,000 gross leasable square feet across two stories, including 202,000 square feet of dedicated manufacturing space. There is also 160 million square feet of dedicated covered parking. LEED Silver. Legacy Building - Build-to-Suit A state-of-the-art build-to-suit with a marquee address on 16.5 acres spanning 420,000 square feet.
