Richard represents property owners in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction, build-to-suits, repositioning underperforming assets, investment and owner-user sales. Services provided include developing innovative marketing strategies, portfolio review, proforma projections, property valuation, sale and lease analysis, lease renewals and preparation.
Richard has over 30 years of real estate experience and has primarily focused on value creation through the marketing and repositioning of office properties located throughout San Diego. During his career, Richard has completed over $2 billion in real estate transactions representing more than 5 million square feet and over 3,000 lease transactions.
Tony Russell, Managing Director
Tony represents his clients in all phases of negotiation and real estate brokerage, including pre-leasing new construction/ ground-up development, build-to-suits, repositioning assets, investment and owner-user sales.
He has transacted more than 5 million feet of lease and sales transactions with a value exceeding more than $1.8 billion. Prior to joining JLL, Tony was with BRE Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield) for 11 years. Prior to that Tony was with Grubb & Ellis Company in Phoenix, Arizona for 2 years.
Tony graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Minor in Marketing and Real Estate and is a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Arizona State University Alumni Association.
