About Midtown

Midtown is located in a part of Houston that has experienced considerable gentrification over the past few decades. There is perhaps no neighborhood in Houston that is more centrally located to the strong and growing cohort of upwardly mobile young people with above-average disposable incomes who now call the Rice Military area—along with the Heights, Lazybrook/Timbergrove, Neartown/Montrose and Upper Kirby areas—home.
