Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. About Marion County

Nestled in the Willamette Valley, Salem is Oregon’s capital and the state’s second-largest city after Portland, located just 50 miles to the north.
