Emily Zinaich, Senior Vice President
Prior to joining Avison Young, Ms. Zinaich was one of the founding members of the Morrison Commercial Real Estate team where one of her greatest accomplishments was winning the assignment to lease the office above retail for the SODO development which came to market in October 2008. Despite the economic downturn, she took the office space to 80% leased within 24 months. By August 2011, she leased the office space to 100%, and in turn, took an additional 25,000 sf of retail space and leased it as office.008.
