Justin specializes in retail brokerage services for institutional and entrepreneurial landlords, tenants and property owners in the Colorado region. He has been in the commercial real estate business since 1998 and is currently a Vice President with CBRE. Justin actively pursues new tenants and buyers for existing listing assignments, in addition to assisting with renewals, expansions and relocations. Furthermore, Justin also represents several national and regional tenants, helping with site selection and deal negotiations.
