Bentonville Plaza is one of the original class "A" office buildings in northwest Arkansas. Constructed in 2004 by a developer out of NYC, it remains one of the top office locations in NWA. Located a mile from the new Walmart HQ (currently under construct) and across the street from the current Walmart HQ campus. ENERGY STAR® Energy Star is a program run by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) that promotes energy efficiency and provides simple, credible, and unbiased information that consumers and businesses rely on to make well-informed decisions.
