A native of Pittsburgh, Mr. Oliva is a 1982 honors graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Administration & Management Science.
In 1990, Mr. Oliva received the Certified Commercial - Investment Member (CCIM) designation from The Realtors National Marketing Institute recognizing investment education and production achievement.
