About Northwest Inner Loop
The Northwest Inner Loop area is conveniently located close to the 610 Loop urban core. It is also easily accessible by major highways such as I-10, U.S. 290, and Beltway 8. Parts of Spring Branch inside the Northwest Inner Loop area, especially the southern and eastern portions, are also gentrifying quite rapidly - bringing industrial tenants here close to a diversified residential base with strengthening demographics.
The area is home to a notable cluster of manufacturing tenants serving a range of industries, including oil and gas, aerospace, consumer goods, grocers, food suppliers, heavy machinery and equipment manufacturers and distributions, and construction. Some of the largest industrial tenants in the area include H-E-B, Polytex Fibers, Euro-Mid, GeoSpace Technologies Corporation, and Quietflex. Because of the favorable location, there is also a significant logistics presence—particularly for last-mile distribution.

Leasing Team
Nick Terry, SIOR, CCIM, Founder & Managing Partner
My background encompasses over 3 million square feet of development, construction, and brokerage experience. Prior to founding Rifle CRE in 2020, I held the position of Vice President at NAI Partners and started my career at Caldwell Companies, where I fostered strong relationships with colleagues at both firms.
I am a lifelong learner and have earned the following designations in our industry: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Masters in Commercial Property (MiCP) designation from the Lipsey School of Real Estate, and hold a Texas Real Estate Broker’s License.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am deeply involved in my community. I serve as a Deacon with United City Church and am a Past-President at the Houston A&M club. I am also an alum of Leadership North Houston.
Outside of the real estate realm, I am passionate about connecting with others. Whether discussing business or sharing experiences about the best local coffee spots, family life, skiing adventures, or Texas A&M, I value meaningful conversations and connections.
Driven by a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to see my clients and team thrive, my dedication extends beyond my role at Rifle CRE. I also co-own a residential real estate brand and a commercial construction company focused on office and industrial interior build-outs, showcasing my multifaceted approach to the industry.
I hold an active Texas Real Estate Broker’s license, a Master Peace Officer license, and have been a licensed Foster Parent with the State of Texas.
Stacey Stevens, Senior Associate
After moving across country, she was only 2nd in her family to graduate with a B.A. in Corporate Communications from Norte Dame of Maryland University.
Stacey moved back to Texas shortly after and worked as the Director of Media and Corporate Communications for a management consulting firm, working with C-Suite executives in major oil and gas companies in Houston. She assisted executives in global roll-outs, presentation design, change management, and team building.
Stacey then took some time off to travel, hike, volunteer at an animal shelter, help on the family farm, and landed in a beach town where she became certified in Integrative Wellness and Life Coaching.
She then started her own firm in Houston where, for almost a decade, she has helped small businesses and start-ups with branding, office interior design, web design, and business/life coaching. Loving the office designing side turned into a love for the real estate industry, where she worked for a luxury real estate team and has since moved to the commercial real estate side.
She is a recent published author, currently pursing her real estate license, and incredibly proud to be working for Rifle Real Estate Company as Client Services Manager. With her small-town-roots love and experience with helping people, she is honored to be assisting owners and occupants in the greater Houston area find their spot in the world.
Landon Coker, Associate
In addition to advising owners and occupiers of office and industrial properties, I’m currently finishing my senior year at University of Houston, where I am pursuing a business degree in Supply Chain Management.
I’m a newlywed, and I help my wife Lexi with her wedding photography business. In my free time, I enjoy the challenge of making a really good latte, throwing the perfect disc golf drive, and nailing a jump serve in volleyball. Strategy and competition energize me. Lexi and I attend United City Church, where I serve as a vocalist in United City Collective, the worship band there.
